A full case history.
Thorough clinical examination using orthopaedic and medical screening.
Palpation (touch).
Specialised postural and movement analysis, including sensitive motion testing of the spine to evaluate mechanical imbalance.
In some cases, secondary medical tests may also be needed. These might include X-ray, MRI, or blood analysis.
